Joining the PAC
On July 1, 2011, it became official: The U is a member of the PAC-12 Conference. To commemorate, the state declared it PAC-12 Day with a ceremony on the Capitol steps.
Canyoneering for Credit
The U's canyoneering courses teach collaborative problem-solving skills in the famed canyon country of Utah.
