work at the U of U:

I am currently a first-year graduate student in the Master's in Education program, with an emphasis in Student Affairs program. I chose the U because I bleed red and I enjoy working on a campus and with college students.

Working in politics. Prior to grad school, I worked in politics for ten years.

Favorite U of U fun fact:

Nolan Bushnell, inventor of Atari is an alum. AND the 1979 NCAA Final Four Championship game featuring Larry Bird and Magic Johnson was played on our campus.

Try to earn good grades because grades are like tattoos, they stay with you for life.

Most memorable college class:

Not necessarily a class, but I did earn credit for an internship in Washington, DC. Thank you Hinckley Institute of Politics!

Best part of your
job's location:

It is close to I-15 (our main north/south freeway), which makes traveling south to Utah County very convenient.

What do you do on
weekends for fun:

I am married, so fun consists of yard work, trips to Home Depot and Bed, Bath and Beyond. Also, since I am in grad school, I do a lot of homework.
