Why did you decide to |
I loved my undergraduate experience and I wanted to help others with their college search process. I realize that U might not be the best fit for everyone, but once you find you perfect fit, college will be a blast. |
|
Best part of your job? |
The best part of my job is watching students that I had met with when they were still in high school attend the U, get involved on campus, and eventually graduate. I feel like maybe I made some sort of difference in their life. |
|
If I didn’t work in |
doing something creative. I would be an interior decorator. I love watching hgtv and I could practically live in any home goods store! |
|
Favorite U of U fun fact: |
The U on the mountain lights up when we win a game. When I see the U, it just makes me smile and brings back so many fond memories of being in the MUSS (Mighty Utah Student Section)! |
|
Favorite Ute moment/memory: |
In 2005 the University of Utah Football Team went to the Fiesta Bowl. I was a member of the MUSS, the Mighty Utah Student Section and attended our home game when we beat one of our largest rivals. Students, including myself rushed to the field cheering. Fans even tore down the goal posts! The energy was electric and fans were going crazy. I can only imagine what it will be like now as a student since we have joined the PAC 12! |
|
Tips for college success: |
It is so important to get involved, whether it is inside or outside of the classroom. The more involved you get the more fun you will have. The more I got involved on campus, I got better grades, made better memories and lifelong friendships. |

Best part of your |
I love working on a University Campus where people are continually learning. The campus is beautiful and everyone is friendly. The view from campus to downtown Salt Lake City is hard to beat, plus we are surrounded by gorgeous mountains. |
The Residence Halls on upper campus are my favorite spot because I lived on campus for two years when I attended the U. Living on campus builds instant community, and our residence halls are beautifully nestled next to the mountains.
