For those of you looking ahead to next year, we will be holding Red, White & U Day on Saturday, March 2, 2013.

Have you been admitted to the University of Utah for fall of 2013? Congratulations! Please come and join us on Saturday, March 2, 2013 to learn more about the great opportunities the U offers to you. This day-long event is designed just for you and your parents, and includes breakout sessions packed with info, the chance to visit the department on campus that looks interesting to you, a club fair with details about how to get involved, and a free light breakfast and lunch.

Please be aware that this event does NOT fulfill New Student Orientation. Admitted students are required to attend New Student Orientation during the summer before their fall semester. Students will be able to register for their Orientation date at Red, White & U Day.

Schedule from 2012:

8:15 am - 9:00 am	Check-in
9:00 am - 9:45 am	Welcome (Keynote speaker and information about New Student Orientation)
9:45 am - 2:00 pm	Resource Room (Register for Orientation, apply for Housing, join the Parent Association, etc.)
9:55 am - 10:30 am	Session 1: Clubs & Opportunities
10:40 am - 11:40 am	College Visits/Tours
11:45 pm -12:15 pm	Lunch & Information Fair
12:20 pm - 12:55 pm	Session 2: Clubs & Opportunities
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm	Session 3: Tours - Housing, Campus, and Library
2:0 pm - 3:00 pm	Session 4: Tours - Housing, Campus, and Library

Spending the night?

Are you coming from a distance and need to spend the night? Our office has negotiated a special, lower rate for visiting students and their families at the University Guest House. The Guest House is part of the University, and is located on campus adjacent to Heritage Commons and the student residence halls. Learn more here.
